Return & Refund Policy

Each Small Talk item is made to order just for you — which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.

But if something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective:

  1. Email us at orders@smalltalktees.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue

  3. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference. Please note, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
